Welcome to Plasma Pen™. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Plasma Pen platform, including our training academy, online courses, communities, chat support and store. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Plasma Pen platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
02 Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the platform.
03 Courses & Certification
Course access is granted for your personal, non-transferable use. Certification is awarded only after the required lessons and assessments are completed. A Plasma Pen certificate confirms completion of our training; it does not replace any licence, insurance or registration required by your local regulations.
- Course content may be updated or improved at any time.
- Sharing course materials, recordings or logins is not permitted.
- Access to a purchased course remains available while your account is active.
04 Store, Payments & Refunds
All prices in the store are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging; consumables and opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Course fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase provided no more than one lesson has been accessed.
05 Medical Disclaimer
Content on this platform is provided for professional education and does not constitute medical advice. Plasma and cold-plasma treatments carry risks, and outcomes vary between clients. Practitioners are solely responsible for client consultation, contraindication screening, obtaining informed consent and providing appropriate aftercare.
06 Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including videos, course materials, text, graphics, logos and the Plasma Pen™ and CoolJet™ marks — is owned by or licensed to Plasma Pen and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, resell or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.
07 Acceptable Use
When using communities, reviews and chat you agree not to post content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes the rights of others. We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plasma Pen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, or for the acts or omissions of practitioners using our devices or training. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
09 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
