- Account details — name, email address, phone number and optional profile photo you provide when registering.
- Learning activity — courses enrolled, lessons completed, assessment results, certificates earned, ratings and reviews.
- Purchases — order history and billing details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Messages — conversations you have with our support team through in-app chat.
- Usage data — device type, browser, pages visited and interactions, collected to keep the platform secure and improve it.
02 How We Use Your Information
- To provide your account, courses, certificates and orders.
- To respond to support requests and messages.
- To send service updates, such as order confirmations and course changes.
- To send marketing about new courses, products and offers — only where permitted, and you can opt out at any time.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the platform from working.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, payments, email delivery), under contracts that protect your data.
- Delivery partners, to ship products you order.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to do so.
05 Data Security & Retention
We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews to protect your data. We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information or complete your profile.
- Delete your account and personal data ("Delete Account" in your Profile).
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing.

07 Children
The platform is intended for professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version, and significant changes will be announced in the app.
